What does circular mean? All Cirql products can be regenerated or reused (at a high value) at the end of life. No landfill, no waste, no pollution.

1. Cirql products provide solutions to minimizing waste and pollution.

With fully recyclable or industrially compostable foams, Cirql provides opportunities to footwear brands and their factories to profoundly mitigate waste and pollution across their supply chains and product life cycle. While it will be up to brands and other stakeholders to establish take back programs, Cirql’s end-of-life solutions mean a shoe will no longer need to go to a landfill.

Single-life materials without a sustainable end of life solution have no place in a circular economy. This is an ongoing challenge for the footwear industry, and one for which Cirql provides two solutions.

The chemicals and the chemical structures of conventional footwear foams mean the only end of life solution is the garbage.

Cirql foams are different. They can be repurposed at usable levels. Cirql rTPU30 can be fully recycled several times into footwear quality foam. Cirql Zero foam can be industrially composted into usable soil for plants.
